At Tenacity Living, we are dedicated to ensuring that every individual can lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Our goal is to create a supportive, inclusive environment that fosters independence while celebrating each resident's unique strengths and abilities. We provide the highest level of attention and care, treating every resident with kindness and respect in a family-like home setting.
We understand that aging and life transitions often come with uncertainty. Whether due to declining health, the loss of a caregiver or spouse, changes in family support, or simply the growing need for daily assistance, Tenacity Living offers a safe, stable, and permanent home for adults aged 55 and older.
We serve individuals who can no longer safely live alone or whose current support system—from PCA services to informal caregiving or short-term rehab (TCU)—is no longer enough. Our goal is to help each resident live with purpose, connection, and the support they need to thrive.

Our mission is to provide a home for those in need that will cultivate their independence with the greatest of care.
Tenacity Living was created with the intent to:
- Fulfill the community’s need for health and housing in a comfortable, pleasant, and home-like surrounding.
- Provide a family-like oriented home by caring for our residents with physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs.
- Help alleviate the struggles of caring for loved ones when families are not fully equipped to do so in their own homes and/or their loved ones are not safe to continue living alone.
Who We Support
We welcome adults 55+ who may be:
- Experiencing a decline in physical or mental health
- No longer able to live safely at home
- Transitioning from hospital, TCU, or short-term rehab stays
- Living in unstable or unsupported housing
- Grieving the loss of a spouse, caregiver, or family member
- Facing challenges managing with PCA or limited in-home support
- In need of permanent housing with consistent care and community
Convenient Location
We are conveniently located by the Maplewood Mall area and right off the city bus lines in the City of Maplewood. This gives access to various shopping centers and public transportation to our residents.
